We are Daften Die Casting Ltd a second-generation family run manufacturing business based alongside the River Camel in Wadebridge, Cornwall
We are a ‘One Stop Shop’ and are in a unique position to provide the customer with not only the design and manufacture of tooling in house but also, high pressure aluminium die-casting up to 400 tonnes, CNC machining using Fanuc and Haas machining centres, all with fourth axis, powder coating using an online paint plant and off- line paint plant all on one site in Wadebridge.
In fact, as well powder coating our own production, we also have the ability to powder coat customers components as well as supplying local metal fabricators with a powder coating service.
Since we first opened in 1961, we have expanded rapidly and enjoy an excellent reputation for work alongside the ability to offer a great reliable service to all our customers both in Cornwall, the UK and overseas in addition to that we are collecting and delivering in Cornwall.
As well as being approved to BS EN ISO 9001:2015 we are proud to be Made in Britain Certified along with being members of the Diecasting Society and Make UK.
