CHX Products is an award winning manufacturing company that has more than 10 years pioneered the use of injection moulded recycled plastics in the in design and production of environmentally conscience, promotional merchandise.
The business is very much focussed on being a sustainable company and markets itself in that way We have built an enviable reputation as the leader in sustainable merchandise in the industry. We only use recycled plastics which in turn we reuse time and time again by recycling all of our own scrap so nothing is wasted. By carefully grading and sorting the rejects and natural scrap we save on average 30% of our material needs. We source our feedstock materials from a certified Recyclass source, buy electricity from a renewable energy supplier and have a 50kw solar array installed.
Everything we produce is designed and developed in house, giving us the ability to modify or make completely to our (customers) requirements extremely rapidly. Being this much in control of our product design allows us to directly control everything about our manufacturing process. We are currently redesigning all our products to reduce the amount materials used in order to reduce our carbon footprint thus increasing our ability to achieve a net zero carbon target.
Working with around 500 plus, distributors (resellers) all over the UK the business produces about 12 million items per year over approximately 7000 orders. The average sales order is £350 however some orders are over £100k. We manufacture over 140 product lines, most of which are available to be custom branded in 5 days on smaller quantities and 10- 15 days on larger quantities.
